Hosting Your Event at Minto Farm

MINTO FARM provides a beautiful and unique agrarian setting for events. Hosting events provides an important source of funding that supports the continued growth and operation of the farm. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited by law in this area of the Comox Valley and our event capacity is 85 people. We encourage you to visit the site before booking to ensure it's a good fit for your event.

THE BARN

A large loft with natural lighting and great views. Not heated, so best used in the late spring through early fall. There are two flights of stairs to reach the loft. There is also a large covered south facing space at ground level. Great space for workshops, large dinners, weddings and dances.

FIELD BY THE POND

Beautiful gentile sloping field by the pond. It has a fire pit and lots of wildlife. Pertect for outdoor weddings, reunions, BBQ's, and gatherings by the fire.
